Lifestyle Exercise Attitude Nutrition*
My experience with my own health and wellness is what led me into coaching. At the beginning of my journey, I had set out to not only lose weight-but to learn how to enjoy exercise and all the benefits that come with it. I’ve always loved eating and trying out new food! Who wouldn’t?! At the same time, I knew that I wanted to eat foods that not only tasted good, but made me feel good, too. I wanted to learn how to cook more-how to bake without so much added sugar. However, most importantly-I wanted to get a grip on the crippling anxiety that I had been suffering from for so long: the same anxiety and panic that forced me to finally leave a job that I had been unhappy at for way too long. You see, my anxiety is what taught me about the importance of self love. My anxiety is what gave me the chance to pursue new opportunities. I needed to fall apart in order for better things to come together. This had to happen for me to become who I am today and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
I had always been told that diet and exercise play a big part in how you feel, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I never really believed it. However, I became so desperate to find healing that I went all in and have never looked back. These days, I’m 30 pounds down and counting and I now know how to embrace all of my emotions. I have a better handle on and understanding of anxiety that allows me to manage and prevent it with confidence. Life is all about balance. When I started working with a nutritionist of my own at the beginning of my health and wellness journey, I chose to focus on all of the foods I CAN have and everything I can ADD to my diet-rather than what I CAN’T have or what I must SUBTRACT.
I can’t WAIT to help you add more to your life: to live this lifestyle-a beautiful life-long journey of self-love, self-care, healing, balance, happiness, and peace.
Natalie found me when I was at my worst and helped shape my perspective. She taught me how to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Before I talked to her I was very self critical and she taught me the importance of self love. Whether it was problems related to my career, personal life, or love life- she handled everything like a professional. I am super grateful that I met her-it was a life changing experience for me.
I met Natalie at a very hard moment in my life. She helped me by discussing in depth the things that were affecting my mental health and guided me by implementing ways of coping. Natalie is a very good listener and communicator with a heart of gold. I would recommend Natalie to anyone who wants to improve their well-being and life.
